have we ever felt this way? i know i have, so many times.
we heard it many times, the terms, silent treatment. in many circumstances. we heard at home, at school, at work, between b/f and g/f, between husband and wife, between brothers and sisters, etc....most of the time, the meaning of it is always, the other has to do something to make it up to the others. usually, one of them made a mistake to the others. but is it the same way with GOD?
i believe not. the words above is from a song. most of u proly don't know. but, the singer had made quite an impact in my life. altho she no longer making music as a solo artist, but she is indeed a Christian.
she describe that the silent treatment that we sometimes received from GOD has a meaning to it. many times when we feel like we are lost and/or lonely, we questioned God. we asked why God leave us alone, but is it really? does God really ever leave us alone? with the so many frens that we hv all around us. with the roommates(s), brothers, sisters, husband, wife, kids, and everyone around us. have u ever wonder? how wonderful God is?
yes, as a human being we sometimes forgot that somehow we had prayed for something for so long, but somehow we heard no answer. maybe God already answer it, but we can't hear. because we always want to hear God's voice. but, maybe the fact of the matter is HE already answer, but we weren't listening. maybe we did not see. because we don't want to look.
silent treatment from GOD is not like the one that we see in the world around us. u don't hv to do something special for GOD, but we do have to keep faithful to HIM as HE is doing to us....Gb.....

accompanying bird....

this past weekend, i had a pleasure of finding more new routes around the area. this time, i went to the north side of the east. as i ride back from church to where i live, which is on the south side, there was this 1 bird that was flying just right beside me. all this happened while i was pedaling at abt 18-20mph. it felt like i was racing with the bird, but then i realized and i felt different. i wasn't racing with the bird, the bird was accompanying me. the bird stayed on my side for abt 100yards, and then it fly away above me.
these are the things that i loved the most abt biking. it gave me so many different perspective abt life. so, what does that mean?
sometimes when we're going thru certain things in our life, God brought us something and/or someone along besides us. most of the time, we felt like we are being ticked off. we felt like that this person and that something is our competition. or,maybe even we thought they're out enemies. but, is it really? is he/she out enemies, or our competitor? maybe he/she, or that something is that thing that GOD brought into out life to accompany us; to be friend for us; to be somebody and/or something that GOD wants to be the one that walk/run beside us. it might started as a competitor, but hv u ever thought that maybe GOD wants it to be our compatible.
GOD promises to send a helper to each and everyone of us in many different shapes and/or forms. yes, it's true, it could the Holy Spirit, it could be the Angel, it could be a boss, it could be a leader, a pastor, or did u ever thought that maybe even it could be a girl and/or a boy for ur future spouse?
GOD is amazing and life is wonderful the way HE made it....acknowledge HIS abundant and amazing grace and blessings.......
